Basketball

The basketball program is CMLA's most popular activity within the Archdiocese. Kindergarten children participate in an intramural, instructional league and children in 1st and 2nd grades play on co-ed intramural teams. Separate girls and boys leagues are established starting in 3rd grade.
Cheerleading

IHM offers cheerleading for girls grades 3rd through 8th. Squads participate in home basketball games only and no experience in required. Season runs from October through January.
Soccer

Soccer is available for children in grades Pre-K through 8th grade. This is an excellent way to host competitive youth soccer in a fun, faith-based environment. The program has a Fall and Spring season with a break for basketball in the winter.
Volleyball

Volleyball is available for girls in 5th through 8th grades. IHM competes against other local, Catholic schools and the program begins in August and ends in October.
