Teacher Support Services: Provides programs and events that support our IHM teachers and staff, including. Some of the activities that Faculty/Staff Back-to-School Luncheon, Teacher Treats, Faculty/Staff Holiday Social, Teacher Appreciation Week, Room Parents, and Lunchroom/Recess/Classroom volunteers.

Spiritual Life: Sponsors events that enhance the spiritual life of our IHM community including IHM Parent Prayer Group, Spiritual Hands, Blessed Mary’s Birthday, The Sandwich Project, Red Ribbon Week, Discover Catholic Schools Week in November, First Communion Ice Cream Social.
 
Family-Focused Programs: Organizes events that support and engage our IHM parents, family members, and the community such as parties, family dinners, and celebrations including Grade-level family picnics to kick off the start of the school year and Pastries with Parents.

Major Fundraising: Major Fundraising is responsible for income-generating events that net $10,000, or more including the Soaring Eagle 5K, Auction/Gala, and the Read-A-Thon.

Ways and Means: Ways and Means is responsible for income-generating events that net less than $10,000, including Pizza DJ Night, Wear, School Supplies, and Trivia Night.

Marketing and Communications: Serves as the liaison between the school and prospective parents to promote admissions-related events including provide hospitality for Open Houses, assist with admissions Day Screening, and provide hospitality and outreach for New Parent Orientation, as well as coordinate surveys and communications from H&SA Executive Board.

Middle School Support: Organizes events that support and engage our IHM Middle School students and parents including MS dances and events, 8th Grade Dance, graduation activities, and MS Christmas Breakfast.
