Below is an overview of the requirements to apply for Pre-Kindergarten. If you wish to apply for the 2021 school year, please contact the admissions office. 

• Submit an Online Application and submit the $150.00 Application Fee (non-refundable).
• A copy of the applicant's Birth Certificate.
• A copy of the applicant's Immunization Records: (GA 3231 form).
• A copy of the applicant's Baptismal Certificate (Catholic families only).
• A Parish Verification Form (Catholic families only). 
• Submit Teacher Evaluation Form to current school and any copies of additional testing, results, IEPs and/or other evaluations (if applicable).
