The Active Catholic tuition is $9,368.00 per child.
The Non-Catholic and Non-Active Catholic tuition is $11,952.00 per child.
What is an Active Catholic?
The criteria for qualifying as an "Active Catholic" family includes the following:
Parishioners must submit the Parish Verification Form to their Pastor, who then determines whether or not the family meets the criteria. (IHM parishioners are required to attach a picture of their family to the Parish Verification Form.)
Tuition Payments and Incidental Charges
Tuition payment does include the cost of books and materials. Immaculate Heart of Mary School uses FACTS as the payment management system. All payments to the school are made through FACTS. Create a FACTS account here.
Payment Options
The Student Activity Fee covers student tax (paid to the Archdiocese of Atlanta), student insurance, field trips, co-curricular programs (i.e., cultural events and speakers, academic competitions), a student notebook tracker, and 1 yearbook per family. The middle school fee is slightly more as it also covers all fees associated with the overnight spiritual retreats, interdisciplinary units, Explore Day, and the 8th Grade Day of Reflection.
Student Activity Fees are billed and payable each year in March for the upcoming school year and serve as a non-refundable re-enrollment deposit.
There is a $100.00 Technology Fee for all middle school students. This fee covers the cost associated with the student's iPad, keyboard, case, and insurance. Upon graduation, the student is allowed to keep his/her iPad.
Uniforms are required of all students. Gently used uniforms are available through the Home and School Uniform Shop, which is located on campus. New uniforms can be purchased through our vendor Flynn O'Hara. Some items are also available for purchase through Lands' End.
Children may bring their lunch or purchase a hot meal from our school cafeteria. Students are invoiced for any food purchases on a monthly basis via their family’s FACTS account. A full lunch costs $4.75 for grades Pre-K-2 and $5.00 for grades 3-8. Lunches include an entree, side dish, dessert and a drink. Beverages are available on an a la carte basis.
The Before-School Program is available at 7:00 am. The cost is $5.00 a day per student. Breakfast is included.
ASAP is available after school until 6:00 pm. All families are automatically enrolled in ASAP. The cost, per student, is $6.00 for the first 40 minutes; then $3.00 per each 1/2 hour increment (4:01 pm - 6:00 pm). After 6:00 pm, an overtime fee of $15.00 per child for each 15-minute increment will be charged.
